Acquisition of the Maison Prunier

In 2000, Pierre Bergé bought the restaurant Prunier. This Art Deco treasure, located on the Avenue Victor Hugo, was renowned for its seafood and the quality of its caviar. Bergé once again asked Jacques Grange to design the interior. He also acquired a fish farm in the Dordogne region, allowing the house to produce 100 % of its caviar. In 2004, Prunier joined Caviar House, becoming the Groupe Caviar House & Prunier.
